OUR STAFF
JonBec Care is committed to hiring caring, dedicated staff to care for our residents and participants in our facilities.
Our facility core staffing includes the following staff in each of the licensed categories:
ICF/DD-H & ICF/DD-N: Each home is staffed with 8-10 Direct Care Staff (DCS). Many of these DCS are also Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA). In addition to the DCS each home is managed by a Facility Manager (FM).
In the ICF/DD-N facility, the staffing includes all of the above in addition to an LVN 8 hours per day in the facility to monitor the health related conditions of the residents. ALL staff working in the ICF/DD-N facilities are required to attend and pass an intensive 150 hour Attendant Training Program which has been approved by the California Department of Developmental Services.
Administrating 3-4 facilities each is the Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP). This position is required by both Federal and State regulation. Each QMRP must possess a bachelors degree or higher in a related filed and have at least one year of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.
Overseeing the health care component of the residents in these facilities is a Registered Nurse. JonBec’s RN’s all work full time and are available to the staff in the facilities 24 hours a day.
ADULT DAY HEALTH CARE:
The following is the core staff required by regulation in the Adult Day Health Care Facility:

In addition to the above, JonBec also provides the following staff through direct employment or contractual arrangement to provide services to all of the facilities:
Maintenance Department: Physical Plant Director and Maintenance crew.
Finance Department: Accounts Receivable bookkeeper, Accounts payable bookkeeper, and Payroll bookkeeper.
Human Resource Department: Human Resource Director
Staff Development: Director of Staff Development
Safety Department: Director of Safety & Disaster Preparedness
Transportation: Transportation coordinators and drivers.
Consultant Therapists: Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Dietician, Pharmacist, Psychologist, and Recreational Therapist.
